Through the entrance you enter the bright landing via a staircase. This landing provides access to all rooms.

The living room is located at the front and has a lot of light through the large windows. At the front is the fully equipped kitchen and has a refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher and an electric hob with an extractor hood.

The two bedrooms are located at the rear and both have access to the sunny balcony, which faces south.

The bathroom is accessible via the landing and has a walk-in shower, sink and design radiator.
The toilet is separate and is next to the bathroom and has a sink.

There is also a large loft where the technical installations are located and where you can store the washing machine and some supplies.
